Refund Policy

According to the NJLPIA Bylaws, membership dues paid to the New Jersey Licensed Private Investigators Association (NJLPIA) are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued for voluntary resignation, non-renewal, disciplinary action, or dissatisfaction with Association programs, policies, or decisions.

Refunds may be considered only in limited circumstances, such as administrative or billing errors, or during a brief new-member grace period if no member benefits have been used. Any exception is reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the NJLPIA Executive Board.
Payment of membership dues constitutes acceptance of this policy and the NJLPIA Bylaws.
